Mrs Wendy Louise Jackson of Delta Township, went home to live in Heaven with her Savior Jesus Christ, on May 11, 2018. She believed: “All have sinned…” Rom. 3:23; Jesus is “ …the Way, the truth and the light..”John 14:6and “Whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” Romans 10:13. She lived her faith through serving others until she succumbed to brain cancer at 60 years of age. She enjoyed cooking for others, singing, painting, gardening, visiting shut-ins, conducting ladies Bible studies, teaching children about Christ, worshipping in church. Wendy was the most happy Christian lady you ever had the joy to meet.She is survived by her Loving Husband of 38 years , Pastor Timothy W. Jackson, her children Jonathan (Keikilani) and Joseph (Kyla); 9 grandchildren, Jayden, Jimmy, Jordan, Justin, Jada, Jazmine, Stephen, Elijah and Gloriann; 2 sisters, along with nephews, nieces and many precious friends especially Kathy Cook. A “Home Going” service will be held Saturday May 19, 2018, 11:00 a.m. at the Community Baptist Church, 7832 W. Mt. Hope Hwy, Grand Ledge(www.communitybaptistlansing.com) Visitation will be Friday at the Holihan–Atkin-Barclay Funeral home, Grand Ledge from 5-8:00 p.m. and Saturday from 10-11:00 a.m. at the church.
