Summer Camp 2026 info

What to Bring to Camp. This is by no means an all-inclusive list, but it should provide you with a general idea.

  • Twin-sized bedding or a sleeping bag
  • Pillow
  • Towels
  • Toiletries
  • Bible, Notebook, and Pen
  • Clothes and shoes suitable for recreational activities
  • Flashlight
  • Insect Repellent/Sunscreen
  • Spending money for the Ugly Mug coffee shop and gift shop
  • We maintain a conservative emphasis on conduct and attire.
  • For Ladies: Our general rule is “neck to the knees and loose.” Loose, knee-length shorts, loose-fitting slacks/jeans/pants are acceptable for recreational activities. CoBeAc does not view leggings/jeggings as appropriate outerwear; if worn, please layer under other knee length attire. Casual skirts or dresses must come to the middle of the knee and are encouraged to be worn to the evening services. Shirts must have sleeves: no tank tops or spaghetti strap tops should be worn. Avoid wearing clothing with inappropriate advertisements.
  • For Gentlemen: Our general rule is “neck to the knees and loose.” Recreational clothing for outdoor activities, athletic clothing for gym activities, and nice, casual clothing should be worn to the evening services. All shirts must have sleeves: no tank tops. Bring clothes that would be comfortable, yet conservative, for recreational activities. Avoid wearing clothing with inappropriate advertisements.

🏕️ Earn Your Way to Camp Cobeac!

Dear Students and Parents,

Are you ready for the best week of your summer? Camp Cobeac is just around the corner, and we want to help you get there! We are excited to offer a scholarship opportunity to those willing to put in the work and show leadership in our ministry.

To earn your scholarship, please complete the following requirements:

  • Faithful Attendance: Maintain at least 80% attendance in Master Club or Teen Hour. Showing up is the first step to growing!
  • Scripture Memory: Hide God’s Word in your heart by memorizing our church’s theme verse:

“Give unto the Lord the glory due unto his name; worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness.” — Psalm 29:2 (KJV)

  • Servant’s Heart: Complete 5 hours of community service. Whether it’s helping at the church, cleaning up your neighborhood, or assisting a neighbor, we want to see you in action!
  • Christian Character: Above all, maintain a good Christian character. This means being a kind, respectful, and Christ-like example to your peers both at church and at home.
  • A Letter of approval: Each camper will need a letter of approval from either Pastor Jackson or Pastor Joe

We believe in you and can’t wait to see how you grow this semester. Let’s work hard and get ready for an unforgettable time at Camp Cobeac!

Blessings,

Pastor Joe Jackson
